incredible experience at holiday inn orlando - disney springs area with friendly staff, lovely pool, breakfast buffet, and great accessibility

Marvellous and decent location, beautiful area, very close to other parks along international drive, Disney Springs and other attractions and the Boardwalk near Epcot. 15 minutes' walk to The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. The best breakfast for my tastes and with reasonably priced food available.

The location is central.

I couldn’t believe how noisy my room was, facing the highway. I barely slept a wink with the constant traffic sounds. Plus, the sliding door was broken, and there was no soap in the bathroom. Definitely not a relaxing stay.

Truly enjoyed its outstandingly accommodating and super-friendly staff.

We ate in the amazing restaurant for dinner which was reasonably priced. It was very handy to have a microwave, coffee and tea making facilities, and a fridge.

Awesome pool and fireworks view! We had a fab time with the pool view and even enjoyed Disney fireworks from our room! Super cool amenities by the pool, and it was nice having towels and a changing room right there. Just wish the breakfast wasn’t so weird with table service for juices and coffee. It was a bit on the pricey side too.

The room was lovely, and the pool area was fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful, elevating the experience. Great location with convenient shuttles to the parks. But there were issues. The breakfast options were limited and overpriced. Minor annoyances included bathroom cleanliness and a noisy AC. The mattress was overly soft for two people. While the hotel has potential, improvements are necessary. It’s a pretty place, but with the price point and service inconsistencies, next time, I might choose a different hotel for a more seamless experience.

The hotel has reasonably large rooms complete with a balcony and 2 queen beds, for instance. Satisfactory breakfast to start the day, outstanding food. Helpful staff and wonderful location, perfect for me. Staff is amicable and helpful and you can park your car on site.

Fantastic location for Disney, making the commute easy. The beds were decent, but the decor felt quite dated. Parking fees felt excessive after already spending a lot on the stay. Check-in was disorganized, with grumpy staff and long lines overshadowing the arrival. The pool was fine, but the hot tub was lukewarm. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, but the price was misleading as it wasn’t included. Nightly noise from the street and a lack of adequate communication about services left a bit to be desired. It had potential, but many little details missed the mark.

Location was convenient for Disney parks, and we enjoyed the happy hour with good drinks. The breakfast options were very limited and not worth the price.

The staff was all superfriendly.

Cleanliness Hotel reception is improvable

I enjoyed the outdoor oasis with a pool, hot tub, and games. The dinner theater with jousting was entertaining. I appreciated Early Theme Park Entry and the convenient grab-and-go option.

I loved waking up to an employee delivering hangers unrequested and housekeeping neglecting the room.
